When you fill out a quote form, call, or text us, we receive: your name, phone number, email (if provided), the property address you want inspected, and any details you write in the message field. If you finance a project, our financing partner collects the information required to underwrite — we don't see your credit details.

2. How we use it

We use your information to schedule an inspection, send a written quote, run the project if you hire us, and follow up after — typical contractor stuff. If you give us a phone number, we may text you about your project, scheduling, or completed work. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts; that doesn't cancel the project, just the messaging.

3. Who sees it

The crew running your project, the office staff scheduling it, and — if applicable — your insurance carrier or our financing partner. We don't sell your information. We don't share it with marketing partners. We don't feed it to ad networks. Subcontractors involved in your project (engineers, dump haulers) receive only the address and access details they need.

4. Cookies & tracking

Our website uses standard analytics cookies (Google Analytics or similar) to understand which pages people visit and where they came from. We do not use cross-site tracking pixels, retargeting cookies, or sell behavioral data. You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting any functionality you actually need.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to delete any record we have of you (text, email, or call), and we'll do it inside 30 days unless we're legally required to retain it (for example, completed work invoices for tax records). You can ask for a copy of what we have, and we'll send it. You can opt out of marketing communication at any time.
